About the role As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be helping ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive high quality service. You will contribute to our day-to-day administration while supporting colleagues to deliver a consistent and reliable customer experience. Duties include: Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Managing order schedules and updating internal systems Running regular reports and supporting data cleansing activities Providing telephone cover during busy periods Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks Covering reception during holidays or absence This role supports how we work with our customers by delivering a dependable service which ensures our products are available when they are needed by the customers.
