A contemporary luxury leather goods house is looking for a Client Advisor to join its London flagship. This is an exciting moment of growth for the brand, and the flagship team plays a key role in shaping how clients experience its world of craftsmanship, design, and modern elegance.

What you will be doing
Elevate the Client Journey
* Create a welcoming, polished atmosphere for every visitor, ensuring they feel supported from the first moment in-store.
* Assist clients throughout their experience — offering guidance, styling support, and thoughtful product suggestions.
* Build confidence through strong product and material understanding, enabling you to speak authentically about craftsmanship and design.
* Identify additional needs and encourage complementary purchases through genuine, service-led selling.
Support Daily Store Operations
* Manage the till with accuracy and professionalism, handling opening, closing, and payment processes.
* Contribute to client follow-up through CRM, helping maintain strong connections with returning customers.
* Participate in daily reporting and support the team with smooth boutique operations.
* Maintain an elevated store environment: merchandising, organisation, cleanliness, and stockroom coordination.
* Prepare the boutique each morning and close it at night - ensuring ambiance, displays, and inventory are consistently aligned with luxury standards.
What You Bring
* Experience working with discerning, international customers - ideally within luxury retail or a premium leather goods environment.
* A real appreciation for craftsmanship, materials, and artisanal quality.
* A friendly, confident presence and the ability to build rapport with ease.
* A high level of service awareness: attentive, detail-driven, and proactive.
* Adaptability and composure in a boutique that can see substantial traffic throughout the day.
* A collaborative approach, supporting a close-knit team environment.
* Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
