3. Manage and oversee corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:
10. 3 years Corporate Finance experience
11. Professional qualifications such as ACA
12. Experience working in mid-market up £50-£100m Deal Value.
13. Commercial Acumen
14. Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
15. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
