Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales? Do you have the drive to build your own client base and close deals? We're looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing team and promote a range of energy-efficient solutions to private customers — with no involvement in ECO4 or public-funded schemes.
From solar battery storage systems to high-efficiency boilers, you'll be the main face of sales for energy efficient measures and upgrades, all in the private market. You'll earn a basic salary plus uncapped commission – the more you sell, the more you earn.
Duties:
* Selling directly to private residential and commercial customers
* Promoting and upselling solar battery storage, high-efficiency boilers, and other energy-efficient measures
* Prospecting and securing non-eco-related customers (no government-funded work)
* Arranging and conducting face-to-face meetings with customers
* Covering both the North and South of the UK
* Working remotely, with 1 day per week minimum in our Ellesmere Port office (Relocating to Flint)
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in field sales or B2C/B2B sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of the building industry and/or the eco sector
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Must be comfortable arranging and attending in-person client meetings
* Willingness to travel throughout the UK
* Full UK driving licence. Company car + fuel card provided
