We offer in-house on-the-job training and collaborate with our training provider to offer nationally recognized apprenticeships. Many of our Head Chefs have been promoted from within, starting as kitchen porters.
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in maintaining brand standards and leading the kitchen team effectively. Prior experience at this level is preferred, along with the ability to demonstrate leadership and skill development.
