3. Source, negotiate and procure materials and services from suppliers.
4. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Plan and forecast procurement needs based on project time lines and budgets.
6. Handle contracts and agreements with suppliers.
7. Work closely with the construction and design teams to understand material requirements.
8. Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
9. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
10. Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory standards in the property industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Buyer should have:
11. Demonstrated experience in procurement within the construction or property industry.
12. Happy to be based in Central London office with site visits as and when required
13. Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
