Essential requirements Right to work in the UK What you’ll bring to ccha You will be an excellent communicator with strong written skills, able to produce clear and user-friendly documentation. You’ll have a good grounding in IT support, enjoy problem-solving, and be confident supporting users with a range of technical issues. Key skills and experience Good IT knowledge, including Microsoft Windows Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users Experience logging and managing support tickets Customer-focused with a proactive approach Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently Excellent written English and documentation skills About the role You will act as a first point of contact for IT support queries, providing Level 1 support including account management, password resets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You’ll support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain IT documentation and knowledge bases, and assist with system administration, asset management, and IT projects. You will also work closely with colleagues and external providers to resolve issues and improve IT services across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn and develop.
