CNC Programmer/Setter Machinist Poole Up to £20.00 per hour Mon-Thurs 07:00-16:00, Fri 07:00-12:00 (early finish!) We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter Machinist to join our team, specialising in sliding head machines with Siemens controls. What you'll do: Programme, set, and operate CNC sliding head machines Read drawings & manufacture precision components to tight tolerances Carry out inspections using micrometers, verniers & gauges Maintain high-quality standards and efficient production What we're looking for: Proven CNC Programmer/Setter experience (sliding head) Strong knowledge of Siemens CNC controls Ability to write/edit CNC programmes and work to fine tolerances A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills What's on offer: Competitive pay (£18.50 - £20.00 p/h DOE) Day shifts only early Friday finish Overtime available Secure, long-term role with progression opportunities
