Salary: 60-90K + 15% bonus

Travel: Some travel to offices for project work

Role Responsibilities
1. Map and analyze the customer journey, including initial interest, property viewing, service selection, and booking activities.
2. Engage in business analysis and functional design, discussing customer journey insights with clients.
3. Configure CRM systems to reflect the mapped customer journey, ensuring functionality aligns with critical business needs.
Preferred Experience
Experience with CRM platforms such as Goldvision, Maximiser, Workbooks, ProspectSoft CRM, Goldmine, Aplicor CRM, StayinFront, Sugar CRM, OpenCRM, SuperOffice, Creatio, or similar property management solutions.
Additional Details
The company utilizes the Yardi RentCafe module for sales and customer interaction management. Full training on RentCafe will be provided, focusing on its application in the investment property sector.
The role involves mapping the sales journey within RentCafe, configuring the system to showcase offerings across multiple operators and locations, and managing timelines, budgets, and data workflows.
