Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, supporting students' academic and behavioural development, and implementing tailored teaching strategies. This role offers an opportunity to work with children across various age groups, including early childhood and preschool settings, and to contribute to their overall growth and success.
Duties
* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science
* Support children with diverse needs through personalised tutoring, behaviour management techniques, and applied behaviour analysis where appropriate.
* Foster inclusive classroom environments that promote social skills, emotional well-being, and behavioural development.
* Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure consistent support for each child's educational journey.
* Assist with Toddler care programmes and early childhood education activities.
* Proofread educational materials for accuracy and clarity.
* Mentor students to build confidence, independence, and motivation in their learning pursuits.

We are proud to work with young people aged between 11-16 to help them to achieve their potential, with the specific aim of helping them to progress into a positive destination post-16 and ultimately become economically and socially active.
