An exciting opportunity to join The Queen Elizabeth Hospital has arisen for a Specialty Doctor in the busy Accident & Emergency Department. We are looking for enthusiastic Doctors to join our motivated Emergency Department team. The Consultants are committed to teaching and postgraduate training and will ensure opportunities for professional development. We offer full or partial CESR programmes tailored to individual needs. If CESR is not suitable, we are happy to discuss a permanent middle grade position with a sustainable job plan in the Emergency Department and consideration of any other additional special interest.

The appointee will join an enthusiastic and friendly Emergency Medicine department which is an integral part of the Division of Emergency Care and Medicine. This is a time of significant change as we build a new state-of-the-art hospital and undertake substantial digital transformation, including a new electronic patient record (EPR) from 2026 to improve care at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and beyond.
