Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a nurturing and innovative school in Fawley, which specialises in providing education for children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), attachment disorders, and phobia of education. Their aim is to re-engage pupils in learning through a highly personalised, therapeutic approach that meets each child exactly where they are.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils, helping them develop both academically and emotionally. You’ll be working as part of a compassionate and skilled team who understand the challenges and the rewards of supporting neurodiverse children and those with complex needs.

* Holds QTS and has experience in Key Stage 2
* Is passionate about inclusive, therapeutic education
* Understands or is willing to learn about ASC, attachment needs, and emotionally based school avoidance
* Embraces outdoor and sensory learning
