CRM and Social Media Manager
Position: CRM and Social Media Manager - Required for a luxury tour operator based in central London. Home-based or hybrid working arrangements are acceptable. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry is essential, preferably for a similar company. Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Manage the company's email marketing programme and social media activity.
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone role.
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
* Monitor and report on KPIs.
Skills and Experience
* Proven CRM and social media management experience within the travel sector, ideally luxury travel, or an experienced senior executive looking to advance.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
