F/T Accounts Assistant required for a Maternity Cover based in Lisburn with an immediate start. Duties will include: Accounts Payable, processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, dealing with queries and processing payments. Accounts Receivable including credit control and issuing of invoices. Assisting with tax returns, VAT, PAYE. Bank Reconciliations, prepayments and accruals. Produce weekly and monthly reports To liaise with other departments Assist with day to day administrations tasks and any other duties as required. Essential Criteria: I.T proficient and experience with SAGE GCSE (or equivalent) English Language & Maths at Grade C or above Minimum 2 years experience working in Finance or similar field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Hours of Work : 38 hrs per week: 8.30am -5.00 pm, Monday -Thursday & 8.30am-3.00 pm, Friday Salary: £13.55 per hr For further information contact Tanya Lyttle on
