Client Portfolio Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) - Cardiff Hub

Core Responsibilities:

Commercial Performance
* Drive growth across existing accounts
* Maintain oversight of revenue, margin and performance
* Support pricing, scoping and commercial decision‑making
* Contribute to proposals, pitches and new business activity
Delivery Excellence
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery across multiple projects and accounts
* Ensure teams deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget
