Job Description
* Ensures the orderly and timely execution of the Housekeeping operation.
* Assists in making the employee's work schedules, taking into account fair distribution of tasks, consistency and expected efficiency.
* Prepares relevant annual performance reports for the Housekeeping Attendant.
* Handles guest requests or complaints quickly and effectively and informs the Housekeeping Manager about the complaints.
Qualifications
* Good command of English,
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Successful in team management.
