We are looking for an MS&P Manager to help translate commercial strategic goals and contribute to a high-performing team within a food FMCG business.
Role Requirements
* Approximately 3–5 years of FMCG/CPG experience in MS&P or RGM
* 6-month FTC, part-time (3–4 days per week)
* Reports into the General Manager
* London based, with 1–2 office days per week
Responsibilities
* Lead PP&A scenario modelling across core range development, renovations and innovation in line with the 3–5 year strategic plan
* Deliver P&L scenario modelling as part of the gate review and sign-off process for innovation and renovation projects
* Collaborate daily with marketing and product teams to translate strategy into actionable execution plans
* Bring consumer insight into decision-making, using an agile and resourceful approach by triangulating insight, category trends and commercial data; support the creation of strong sell-in stories and advise on research needs
* Support pricing and promotional scenario modelling, trade investment analysis, margin evolution, range and channel mix, and the annual CPI process—providing direction for NAMs and contributing to the promotional playbook
* Identify and support opportunities to accelerate growth through improved price, promotion and mix strategies
* Communicate the impact of commercial proposals to senior leadership, including implications for in-year P&L and the longer-term strategic plan
* Act as a connector between NAMs, commercial teams and brand/innovation teams across planning and execution, including participation in cross-functional weekly meetings
* Support the brand team in developing tools to measure and track performance
