Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £26, to £28, Dependant on Experience
Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday with some hybrid working, this could be flexible for the right candidate

The Role: As a Finance Administrator you will join our client's team in their prestigious business based in their modern offices! You will work closely with the head of finance to handle various accounts tasks ensuring a smooth running of the department as well as providing ad hoc administration support across the office within the property sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assist with sales and purchase ledger duties, including account reconciliation and journal entry
2. Generate invoices, service charges, and demands
3. Ensure accurate billing records by receiving incoming payments
4. Process supplier payments and reconcile accounts
5. Reconcile petty cash and company credit cards
6. Prepare monthly timesheets and expenses for payroll
7. Provide administrative support to the Head of Finance
8. Contribute to special projects and perform ad hoc duties as required
Your skills and attributes:
9. Some experience within the finance sector or in an accounts role
10. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
11. Analytical mindset with strong math skills
12. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
13. A can-do attitude and self-motivation
14. Dynamic, committed, and commercially aware
15. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
