This is a varied, community-focused role where you'll help keep public transport running smoothly and safely. The Role Provide passenger information and travel updates (boards & tannoy). Support customers, including at the Shopmobility Unit. Monitor bus arrivals/departures and liaise with operators. Keep the station safe, clean, and free from unauthorised vehicles. Record incidents and support with anti-social behaviour when required.What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal calmly with the public.
