About the Role:
We are looking for a team member with a strong background in medical education and pedagogical strategies to contribute to the teaching and development of postgraduate courses and to support development of innovative pedagogical approaches across the School of Medicine. Working closely with fellow academics and clinicians, you will work with the Head of the School of Medicine leading on the design of postgraduate accredited and short courses, ensuring that students are exposed to an optimal pedagogic experience.
With a degree plus PhD or Professional Doctorate, and post‑graduate teaching qualification, you'll have extensive experience of teaching and pedagogy, expertise as an academic researcher and/or in consultancy work and in use of new learning technologies. You'll have excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage change and to think innovatively and creatively.
