Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner

A well-established and forward-thinking South West law firm is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Fee Earner to support continued growth within its busy Private Client department.

This newly created role forms part of the firm's ongoing expansion and investment in its Private Client services. Both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed, with hybrid working available.

The Role:
You will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, tailored to your level of experience, including:
Drafting and advising on Wills and Trusts
Probate and full estate administration
Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs)
Inheritance Tax planning and estate structuring
Advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients
Providing clear, practical advice with a client-focused approach
You will work as part of a collaborative and expanding Private Client team with strong administrative and legal support.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Fee Earner
Minimum of 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience in private client law
Ability to manage a private client caseload independently
Strong client-care and communication skills
STEP or ACTAPS membership desirable but not essential
Based in, or interested in relocating to, Cornwall
