Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Parts Advisor/Parts Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

An experienced Senior Parts Advisor with a previous working experience in a busy Parts Department and looking for career progression.
A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
Experience in using Motor Trade Parts SystemsDuties:
Providing expert parts advice to customers in person and over the phone.
Managing parts inventory and ensuring stock levels meet demand.
Supporting the team to deliver top-quality customer service.
Ensuring accurate and efficient parts orders, deliveries, and returns.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar Parts Advisor role within the automotive industry.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The salary for this Senior Parts Advisor position is up to £29,500 with an OTE of £36,000.
Hours of work in this role are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch) with flexibility on Start & Finish times.
