The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our UKIMEA property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Workplace & Facilities Management, you will lead the Property Team and collaborate closely with the wider WFM function. This is a dynamic role that involves managing relationships with landlords, property agents, solicitors, and other external partners, while also working with internal stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Insurance, and Office Leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring our property portfolio is managed effectively, supporting refurbishments, relocations, and expansions, and safeguarding compliance with lease obligations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage relationships with professional advisors including landlords, property agents, and solicitors
2. Oversee property negotiations and legal processes
3. Instruct advisors and agree fee levels
4. Lead market research activities to inform property strategy
5. Facilitate negotiations for property-related transactions, including new projects
6. Work with Office Leaders and stakeholders to ensure awareness of lease terms, break dates, and dilapidation obligations
7. Support property projects such as refurbishments, relocations, and expansions/contractions of space
8. Liaise with internal functions (Finance, Insurance, Tax, DTG, WFM) on property-related matters
9. Manage property hand backs and office sublets
10. Respond to queries related to lease obligations
11. Maintain and update all UKIMEA property lease documents
