Manage stock control, quality checks, and temperature monitoring. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen, food prep, storage, and service areas, with a strong focus on hygiene and food safety. The Person: Hospitality experience is a plus. Knife handling, food safety, and preparation skills are advantageous. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
