We are looking for a professional, bubbly receptionist to join our team at Eyna
Duties;
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications;
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality or receptionist role is preferred
