Within the Engineering Manager position, you will drive improvements in reliability, performance and engineering standards. This role requires a leader who can identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions and build a high-performing engineering culture.Investment will be available, allowing you to influence site strategy, shape future CAPEX plans and deliver meaningful operational improvements.
