Join Our Team as a Supporter Care Officer
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro-rata) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 Hours (full time) or 30 hours (part time) per week
Contract: Full time or Part-time, Permanent
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.
Essential Criteria: To be considered, candidates should have experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Fundraising Supporter Care
* Working within a fundraising team
* General charity administration
* Legacy administration
* Community fundraising events and activities
* Good written and verbal communication
* Ability to build strong and effective relationships
About You: Are you someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and building strong, loyal relationships with charity supporters? We seek an experienced administrator capable of providing timely and efficient support to our fundraising, engagement, and volunteering teams. You should demonstrate attention to detail, a friendly manner, and innovative approaches to enhance supporter experience.
What You Will Be Doing: As a Supporter Care Officer, you will manage donor enquiries and process financial gifts (online, phone, or post). Your workload will include general administration, legacy administration, supporting fundraising events, and writing thank you letters.
