We are recruiting a Transport Coordinator on behalf of our client, a large automotive logistics company based in Sheerness. This role is key in managing customer relationships, handling queries, and ensuring smooth transportation operations.
The Role:
1. Act as the main point of contact for a specific customer, understanding their requirements and resolving queries.
2. Manage and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and internal departments.
3. Handle customer complaints and delivery issues professionally and efficiently.
4. Update internal systems and databases, ensuring all interactions are recorded.
5. General administration and additional duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
6. Background in logistics, transport, or manufacturing.
7. Full UK driving licence (essential).
8. Strong customer service and administration skills.
9. Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
