Customer Service Administrator Apprentice
The Growth Company’s (GC) Education and Skills team is excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice.
In this role, you will deliver effective administrative support, meet and greet customers, and liaise with a wide range of organisations, employers, management, and staff across the team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide professional front-line customer service, handling enquiries, referrals, and follow-up calls with attention to detail and confidentiality.
2. Support event coordination by booking rooms, assisting with open days, and helping Tutors and Business Advisors as needed.
3. Maintain smooth office operations including stationery orders, mail handling, phone management, and general upkeep.
4. Perform administrative tasks such as compliance checks, scanning, raising payments, and managing purchase orders using internal systems.
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, manage challenging situations, and escalate issues appropriately.
6. Work to set targets and deadlines while ensuring effective time management and adherence to Health & Safety policies.

Skills Required
11. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and diary management.
12. Ability to work to challenging targets and KPIs while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
13. Experience with administrative systems and computerised management information systems.
14. Effective under pressure, with the ability to manage workload both independently and as part of a team.
15. Good understanding of office procedures, with a willingness to adapt and grow.
