Your new roleAs a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing a community-focused property portfolio which consists of leisure, wellbeing and community centre-type assets. Your work will focus on:
* Lease management, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
* Tenant liaison and stakeholder engagement.
* Supporting the re-purposing of buildings to meet community needs.
* Contribution to valuation work.
What you'll need to succeed
* Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
* Experience in commercial property landlord & tenant management.
* Excellent negotiation and influence skills.
