What You’ll Do:
* Identify and engage prospective sponsors within a variety of sectors.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their goals and position their sponsorship and delegate opportunities effectively.
* Choose your market - UK, Europe, US, and Canada markets are seeking sales people
* Develop and present compelling sponsorship packages to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive revenue growth.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure sponsors get maximum value from their partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
* New Business Sales both at sole contributor level, but also senior leaders with team management experience (salaries open depending on experience).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
* Confidence in engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
* Previous experience selling into either IT, Marketing, or HR sectors.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
