Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Your new roleReporting to the Group HSE Manager, you will provide key administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of HSE processes and systems. This role will involve working with data, maintaining records, and ensuring documentation is up to date to supportpliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining and updating HSE records including training logs, incidents, risk assessments, and COSHH documentation
2. Producing routine reports using established templates and existing data
3. Logging and tracking actions from audits, inspections, and incidents through topletion
4. Organising and maintaining documentation to ensure audit readiness
5. Supporting environmental record-keeping such as waste, energy, and recycling data
6. Coordinating inductions, training records, and contractor documentation
7. Providing general administrative support to the Group HSE Manager
What you’ll need to succeed
8. Previous experience within an administrative or data entry role
9. High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
10. Confident working with Excel and managing data
11. Well organised with a methodical approach to tasks
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Desirable:
13. Experience within manufacturing or construction environments
14. IOSH qualification or an interest in developing within HSE but not essential
