Overview:
An established transactional real estate team in Leeds is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate (1+ PQE) to join a growing practice. The team acts for leading national and international clients, including FTSE 100 companies and major developers, providing advice across the full spectrum of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, landlord and tenant work, and large-scale portfolio management.
* Support national developers and occupiers on complex development and regeneration projects.
* Contribute to corporate support work on major transactions.
* Maintain and develop client relationships, delivering high-quality, commercial advice within deadlines.
* Work collaboratively on large-scale matters as part of a high-performing and supportive team.
