Job summary We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team member whose role will support with the Wellbeing service commissioned programmes, including Early Years, Weight management, HENRY and Oral Health. Being able to engage with community groups and delivering sessions will be part of this key role. Also to engage with key partners in the community in order to be more sustainable and increase opportunities for healthy lifestyle changes in targeted areas. Main duties of the job The role will also support service leads to engage with local residents and partners to fully understand the communities needs for delivering education and awareness programmes and activities.
