My client is looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to join their central PMO function, operating at true enterprise scale. This is a highly visible role within a global professional services environment, reporting into the PMO Senior Manager and acting as the most senior analyst within the team.
You will play a key role in shaping PMO standards and governance across the organisation, supporting large scale programmes of change, and providing oversight across a complex portfolio. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic transformation initiatives, and the opportunity to genuinely influence how change is delivered at an enterprise level.

What you will be doing:
* Leading and continuously improving enterprise PMO governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
* Managing and enhancing the organisations PPM solution using MS Project Online.
* Providing expert guidance on PMO processes, assurance, and best practice across enterprise scale programmes and projects.
* Engaging with senior stakeholders and providing oversight and direction to multiple Project Managers.
* Overseeing enterprise level risk, resource, dependency, and financial management across the portfolio.
* Producing high quality board level reporting, insights, and trend analysis to support executive decision making.
* Working closely with Continuous Improvement and Transformation teams to drive PMO maturity and consistency.
* Leading the collation, validation, and analysis of portfolio, programme, and project data across the enterprise.
* Supporting strategic transformation programmes operating across global teams.
What my client is looking for:
* Extensive PMO experience within complex, enterprise scale environments.
* Strong capability across planning, governance, risk management, financial tracking, resource management, and reporting.
* Experience working across full project lifecycles and delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Product led delivery.
* Confidence engaging, influencing, and presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and deliver consistently in a fast paced environment.
* Experience delivering projects, workstreams, or complex PMO initiatives.
* Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills.
Desirable technical skills:
* Advanced knowledge of MS Project Desktop and MS Project Online, ideally at administrator or power user level.
* Strong proficiency across the MS Office suite including Visio.
* Working knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint, with Power Automate experience considered an advantage.
* Strong understanding of the Office 365 platform within an enterprise setting.
