The Basics Salary is £25-30K Depending on background Mon Fri 9:00am 17:30pm Responsibilities: Manage website & e-commerce activities on our Shopify platform, including adding new products, updating existing listings, landing pages, and maintaining partner pages to ensure accurate and appealing content. Create and execute email campaigns, including HTML template management, segmentation, and scheduling to promote products and launches. Manage social media strategy including campaigns, posts, sharing updates on new products, industry news, and company achievements to build brand visibility in the B2B space. Coordinate with agencies as applicable. Coordinate with manufacturers on product launches, ensuring timely marketing support such as email alerts and website updates. Assist with marcomms tasks, including preparing brochures, presentations, and collateral updates as needed, as well as events and exhibitions. Track campaign performance and ROI using available tools and provide reports to the leadership team on key metrics such as open rates and engagement. Collaborate with the sales team and external partners & agencies to align marketing activity with business priorities. Skills & Requirements A background in marketing or e-commerce role, with hands-on experience in Shopify (or similar platforms) for product management and updates. Familiarity with NetSuite or another CRM/email tool for campaign execution, including HTML editing. Comfortable using social media for B2B content posting and engagement. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Reliable and adaptable with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach to execution. Team player with good communication skills, able to report progress clearly to senior leadership. Enthusiastic about B2B marketing in the tech/industrial sector. Degree in Marketing (desirable but not essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic analytics/reporting tools.
