Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The role is based in Belfast with a permanent contract, offering a salary of £26,692 per annum for 30 hours per week.
The main responsibilities include coordinating and delivering a range of complementary therapies across RFJ support centres and online, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms for victims and survivors of conflict. The role involves training and supervising sessional therapists, ensuring professional standards, and maintaining compliance with external verification and registered agencies.
Key duties include:
* Coordinating Complementary Therapy Services for RFJ members.
* Procurement of therapists.
* Supervision of therapists delivering therapies.
* Ensuring good governance and data protection.
* Providing a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
* Reviewing and implementing policies for face-to-face and online clinics.
* Maintaining data systems like MYMOPS and Salesforce.
* Developing referral systems for additional assistance.
* Liaising with RFJ staff.
* Preparing quarterly reports for the Deputy Director and funders.
* Monitoring and evaluating program compliance and best practices.
* Producing informational materials and website updates.
* Maintaining records in a compliant manner.
* Performing other duties as reasonably requested.
Essential criteria include:
o Relevant qualification in complementary therapy and at least three years of experience working with trauma victims.
o Two years of project management experience in a community setting.
o Understanding of Ireland's conflict legacy and transitional justice models.
o Knowledge of trauma's somatic impacts.
o Commitment to holistic support delivery.
o Five years of research, report writing, and submissions experience.
o Experience with CRM systems like MYMOP, CORE.
o Knowledge of NGO governance and professional therapeutic practices.
o Understanding of gender harms related to conflict and gender-sensitive approaches.
o CPD in trauma.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
o Full driving license or ability to travel.
