Establish strong customer relationships to position Oracle’s Retail and Oracle full SaaS Strategic pillars around the customer’s digital transformation.
Identify new business opportunities.
Partner with existing customers for upselling opportunities and renewable business.
Update sales forecasts, record activities and build proper opportunity close plans.
Ensure proper pipeline coverage, get the most return of demand generation campaign, deal progression and conversion.
Experience
Retail Sales Software experience, an understanding of the importance of Retail.
Knowledge of Retail Market and Retail Customers
Customer needs analysis, consultative selling, sales process acumen and position Oracle Application Solutions Competitive Awareness
Successful sales track record
Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
Adept at driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value proposition and teaching to customer’s pain points
Business development, prospecting and strong presentation skills.

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
