Are you ambitious, driven, and looking to kick-start a rewarding career? We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No prior recruitment experience is needed-just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
* Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
* Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
* Learning sales, negotiation, and business development skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus (but not essential)
