Job Opportunity: Account Executive at a Print Management Company

Role Overview: As an integral and proactive member of the department, the Account Executive will support the account team by managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer service, and developing a thorough understanding of customer needs to meet their requirements as per their Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts led by the Account Manager.
2. Responding to customer and supplier queries promptly and accurately.
3. Handling quote requests efficiently within target response times.
4. Monitoring and progressing orders to ensure timely delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
5. Proactively managing stock levels and storage for customers.
6. Organizing and maintaining the production board for your account team.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should work efficiently, be attentive to detail, and be eager to learn about print services. Training will be provided to support those with a basic knowledge of print.
