A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company in Nottingham has arose!
This role is perfect for an individual with a background developing and improving projects and processes within a manufacturing or engineering business.
Your day to day will include:
•Reviewing technical standards
•Working alongside the technical team to design and improve projects within the company.
•Researching new and alternative solutions, materials and manufacturing processes.
•Liasing with production engineers to improve the company’s operations and implement improvements
•Leading the production engineering team
•Scoping, designing and developing new products
•Building the businesses database of material operations
•Providing project updates to management
We are looking for someone with the below experience:
•Previous experience as a technical engineer or a similar role
•Hold a qualification within the engineering sector
•The ability to use Microsoft packages efficiently
•Experience working within a engineering or manufacturing company
•Able to use their own initiative
