Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative
We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving ticket sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.
This role offers variety and fun, allowing you to meet people from around the world and help them enjoy our tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, or customer service experience.
Role Responsibilities
* Promote and sell tickets for sightseeing tours covering major attractions in Windsor.
* Provide high-quality customer service, including product promotion and local advice.
Qualifications and Skills
* Passion and flair for excellent customer care with strong interpersonal skills.
* Good presentation, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
* Results-oriented with a passion for sales.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Job Details
* Seasonal short-term contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities.
* Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
* Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days per week, including weekends.
* Availability during peak season from April to August.
* Pay rate: Basic £13/hour, increasing to £13.52/hour from 31 March 2025. Commission earnings vary, with an average of £20–£40 daily based on sales.
