My client is recruiting due to ongoing business expansion, we are seeking a Sales Support professional to join their team. This role offers excellent development potential, with a pathway to progress into an Account Manager position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service.
Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring compliance with procurement and quality procedures.
Maintain organised records and documentation for audit purposes.
Identify new sales opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Coordinate with the global group.
Assist Account Managers with regulatory and compliance documentation.
About You
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a similar administrative, sales support, or procurement role
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with Sage is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
Strong communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
