Location: Cheltenham and surrounding areas
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team and support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across our partner schools and educational settings.
As an LSA, you will play a vital role in helping students access the curriculum, develop social skills, and build confidence — ensuring every learner reaches their full potential.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, Speech & Language).
Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning strategies.
Support students with their emotional, social, and behavioural development.
Encourage independence and promote inclusion within the classroom.
Contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND (in a school, residential, or care setting).
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).
Relevant qualifications such as CACHE, NVQ, or similar (desirable but not essential).
