Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee complex care packages for both paediatric and adult clients in the community.
* Mentor and train nurses and healthcare assistants to enhance their skills and service delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).
* Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, families, and staff.

Qualifications
* Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
* At least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
* A background in community mental health or Tier 2 CAMHS.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
