Key responsibilities:
• Identifying and engaging applicants, negotiating lettings transactions to achieve optimum results• Possessing in-depth knowledge of the Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington and surrounding markets• Securing high-quality instructions and driving revenue growth• Conducting market research and presenting data professionally• Maintaining high levels of communication with clients, ensuring an efficient and seamless process• Building a strong local network to secure new business opportunities and maintain the company's high-profile presence in the area• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service.
Personal specification:
• Experience within a Prime Central London lettings role• An entrepreneurial mindset - someone who thrives in a competitive environment and proactively seeks out opportunities• Excellent client management and relationship-building skills• Strong organisational abilities with a strategic and data-driven approach• Experience using Reapit or similar property management software• A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their performance and team success.

The salary package for this role will include a basic of £25,000 to £30,000, plus on target earnings of c. £45,000. This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role. Working hours are 8.30am to 6pm. Occasional Saturday viewings by appointment only.
