About the Role
We support specialist schools for students aged 3-19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, and additional needs. We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
1. Teaching a class with diverse learning needs, including Autism, Complex Needs, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH.
2. Delivering engaging, accessible, and differentiated lessons based on the core curriculum.
3. Collaborating proactively with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student development.
4. Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where students feel valued and respected.
5. Monitoring pupil progress, behavior, and well-being.
6. Contributing to the wider school community through teamwork and collaboration.
Ideal Candidate

* A genuine passion for working with young people with special educational needs.
* A commitment to high expectations and positive behavior management.
* Experience or interest in SEND and inclusive teaching.
* The ability to differentiate learning for various needs.
