Job Title: Sales Support Location: Tyseley Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5 and Friday 8.30 to 4.30 Description: Our client based near Tyseley is currently seeking a Sales Support to join their busy team. As Sales Support you will be working with the internal and external sales team to provide full administrative support to a designated Area Sales Manager and excellent customer service to external customers. Key Duties: To answer the telephone and assist with general enquiries Process architect/contractor sample requests, including web requests as required by designated Area Sales Manager Order in samples from suppliers as required, monitoring the orders progress and liaising with various departments regarding its receipt Produce pricing quotations, including initial quotations and cloned quotes Raise Stock loaders through Filemaker system for new product not in SAP to enable a quotation Request PTV/SRV/NCS tests on various products through Filemaker system Process factory registrations and reservations Provide product specific data sheets as requested Provide cleaning and maintenance schedules as required Continuously updating and maintaining an accurate CRM database in SAP of project opportunities and business partner details Use Microsoft Teams to store project specific sales data to support project enquiries in SAP Ensure accurate use of Outlook, Teams & SAP to ensure all client appointments are logged & follow up calls/emails planned Compose letters/e-mails as requested Carry out further tasks from time to time as and when required Key Skills/Experience Required: Previous experience within a similar role Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Highly motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability Previous use of SAP would be an advantage but not essential Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications For more information, please send your CV in or apply online for this role.
