What you'll be doing Define and deliver a commercial plan that accelerates growth and strengthens asset value, achieving EBITDA and profit goals. Lead and develop senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams to high performance Expand revenue across accommodation, F&B, events, activities and owner experience Work closely with Sales leadership to optimise performance, product mix and owner journey Safeguard standards, compliance and guest safety across all operations Lead continuous improvement, transformational change and capital development plans Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need If you can demonstrate the following, we'd love to hear from you: General Manager, Operations Manager, Commercial Manager or Deputy General Manager experience in a customer-facing organisation. A proven track record of leading at executive level within complex, high-growth hospitality, leisure, tourism or multi-site operational sectors. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth and executing substantial EBITDA targets.
