Full‑time equivalent salary of £27,709.50 per annum, with pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. Permanent contract – 18.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues correctly to support “make every customer count” throughout the shift.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Ensure the store is safe at all times.
